Prelle "Arabesque" fabric, designed in 1968, was a bold choice for the sofas.  The steel and glass coffee tables by Joe D urso were custom made for the space from an existing design.   Walnut kitchen units are offset by 50s brass Paavo Tynell pendant lights.  Interior design by Carol Egan.
Carol Egan designed the bookcases to hold the owners collection of photography, fashion, art and design books.  Zig Zag Chair from "Where There s Smoke..." by Maarten Baas.
Shown in the image, designed by Carol Egan Interiors, is an elliptical table which has a poured concrete top and bronze base.  A pair of shapely Lucite chairs and an unusual Gaudi chair are complementary.  Tai Ping sisal and silk rug.
